Will they Fit Help!

Hi,
I have 2004 G35 sedan, automatic
I want to upgrade my rims, I saw a set of axis milano. I was wondering if someone will help me out and let me know if it will fit. These are a the dimensions
The rims:

Axis Milano
Staggered Setup
19x8.5" Front w/ 2" lip
19x9.5" Rear w/ 3.5" Fat lip

Ofset
35 Front
40 Rear

Tires
245/35/19 Front
275/30/19 Rear

Thank you in advance for your help

I think that would fit but it might be a little tight....I do know that Axis offers that wheel in more user friendly offsets like 40 for front and 45 for the rear....

A 35mm offset in front with 8.5 inch wheels will at best require rolling of the fenders at worst stick out slightly from the front fender. Optimum offset for an 8.5 inch wide wheel in front is 38mm.

A safe bet is 38mm front 45mm rear on your given specs for tires and rim widths.
