245/265/35/19 Bridgestonw RE050...get about 8K on rears. Go through two sets of rears before I change fronts.

I've had this setup for two cycles.

Just switched to 245/265/35/19 michelin pilot super sport as it is lighter and had good reviews. At 100 miles, they were still a little squirly, but they are starting to get some grip now and I believe they grip just a bit better than the RE050...at 500 miles now.

I'm looking at these new Michelin's in the same size. Have an updated review?

I'm also considering the Continental ExtremeContact DW's. Lighter, apparently better tread life and a good balance for performance/comfort.

What tire do you recommend for all around driving? This car spends most of the time on the highway. The tires need to be good in rain as well. I've been looking at the Continental ExtremeContact DWS.

I would like a directional tread.
What do you recommend ?

Thank you
Get the new general gMax as03 the are the quietest tire I have put on my coupe and I went with 225/40/19 front and 255/40/19 rear google it and you will see I am not the only happy g owner plus with a 112k warranty how can you go. Wronge the. Most I ever got out of any tire before this on tires is 15k

Was going to go with the V12s also but decided to spend a bit more money on Michelin Pilot Super Sports. A little better traction in the wet, IMO.

the generals came in a close second to the Michelin and at $950 installed for 19inch tires in Canada you cant beat the value
