PLEASE HELP ME! i really want to paint my 18inch tire and wheel package rims to a blackish color. does anyone have painted 18 inch tire and wheel package rims! please post pics. i need some ideas on how it would look. and what do you think about the idea? pros cons?

COPBAIT I believe does... the dealer had it done, I don't think there are any cons... depends... on what your tastes are

 

yah he did i saw them but i havnt gotten a chance to ask him questions about his rims. what do u think about them? and what color would look good with twilight blue

Yeah Roadracer is another guy who painted, thought I think Roadracer did the job DIY whereas Copbait got it from the dealer. It might have to do w/ the color of the car too cuz I love Roadracer's current setup (w/ the Milanos) as opposed to the powdercoated stock... I'm sure he won't be offended

Hey, I do remember somebody else, might have been RandysG who had a track g35 w/ black stocks... they looked good--I guess it depends on the, both RandysG and Copbait have DG I believe.

 

As far as for twilight blue? I'd go for a contrasting color... that's just my taste at this moment, I used to think the idea of matching wheels w/ car color (or any shade thereof) was cool, but now I find that contrast is pretty rad too... if I had TB I'd put on some chromies you know... like the iForged... or some Volks (like the SF Challenge)... or if you're looking for something more economical the Milanos and the Mod 7s are cool too!

is that diamond graphite G painted rims or powder coated? wahts the difference? do they chip? are they removable?

 

Randy had the rims painted, they are used for his "track" events....
