like the title says.. before i get jipped off i want to buy a set of OEM rays and this guy is selling them for 650 with ok tires.. his rims are forged as well.. is 650 a fair deal?

 

Not too sure of the average price of OEM rays, but just a FYI, all OEM Rays are forged.

I found some on craigslist for 700 with 75% tread left.

650 is pretty good if they are not rashed at all

 

Really depends on condition, tire brand, tire tread etc. I just sold some with no tires but in immaculate condition. After shipping costs, paypal fees and boxes I'll net around 600. With average tires and maybe a rash or two 650 isn't a bad deal.
