torque specs for volk GT-V wheels

hey guys, im going to be taking my volk GT-V wheels apart at some point to have the lips re-finished. They are 2 piece and do come apart, i am curious if anyone knows the torque specs for putting them back together. Volk apparently doesnt give it out and ive searched and came up with all different answers around the internet. Looking for someone with first hand experience kind of but all answers welcome. thanks

Once around at 15ft/lbs and then second time around at 30ft/lbs, also remember you are cross torquing the hardware so the face seats flush.

Use a good torque wrench too.
