Where to buy wheel centers for 2/3 piece wheels?

Well, I mean, if you have inners and outer barrels of a rim or was going to make one, or wanted to switch out the center of a 3/2 piece rim you already own, where would you find wheel centers? I can't seem to find them anywhere... I guess they arn't usually sold that way?
