How to get my lips color matched?

I have some black and chrome Sevas S55's and would like to get the lips color matched. I've talked to a powder coater he siad he couldn't do it because the wheels are 1 piece. Talk to a painter and he said he wouldn't do it because it is hard to get paint to stick to chrome and it would probably chip off very easy.

What I'm looking for is something like this:

Buy new wheels. Working around chrome sucks really bad, especially on one piece wheels.

I would suggest getting the wheels professionally stripped and cleaned up, then trying back at the painter again.
