Reverse mount 1-piece barrel?
The fact that three piece wheels are completely modular allows for much easier customization as well as replacement.
that looks like a 2 piece welded. your best bet to add additional lip is to contact someone like wheelflip.com and have them cut and weld to the exsisting barrel. You can flip SOME wheels, but it has to have a straight barrel(not stepped in). my 2pc volk AV3s are a stepped barrel which makes flipping them on face impossible as the step inward makes the face not able to fit back to the bolts.
You would also have to then either add right angle valve stems or you would have to remove the wheel everytime you needed to inflate the tires.
I have seen people do the flipped face thing on old BBS wheels and stuff(Usually in the smaller diameters) and it works well, but the cost to have the entire barrel polished vs just having someone widen the wheel is pretty close to the same once you factor in all the other parts needed to make it function properly.

Not exactly what he was asking but good points.
Keep in mind, almost all Step lipped wheels have symmetrical barrels, so the face can be flipped from side to side without issue. And polishing inner barrels is DEFINITELY less money than relip/widening or any other variation of wheel modification.
