Offset Help Needed

Afternoon, interested in purchasing these XXR 521 rims - http://www.nlmotoring.com/product-p/52108142n.htm

This is the first time in buying rims and to be honest the width, lip depth, offset, sizes are all confusing as hell and i need a push in the right direction. I have had a look at some pictures of V35/G35's with 20x8.5 F 20x10 R with +20mm F and +25mm R and i really like it, only thing is my 03 Coupe is factory apart from Injen CAI and i don't want to lower it at all. I do have access to a guard roller so that's not a huge issue but i do want to avoid rolling the guards if possible.

If i could get a bit of feedback on how this setup i've mentioned would work on factory suspension i would really appreciate it,

Thanks guys!

If you aren't lowering, no need to roll the fenders. At stock height, don't go any offset lower than 9.5" +20 front(or equivalent 10" +26) , rear 10.5" +20 (or equivalent, 10" +14, 11" +26), , you'll start looking mexi-flush.

Going 8.5 +20 and 10 +25 will fit and work with no problems - you'll still look sorta sunken in tho. You could get 10mm spacers all around and look pretty decent.

How do you mean "sunken in", is the specifications i've listed going to look stupid? I would love my wheels to be flush with the guards but i think i have to do suspension work for that, or get mega chunky tyres.

Your help is much appreciated

It won't look OEM stupid, but it'll still look weird. 10mm spacers and you're set. I'm not talking actual fitment flush, just so that the wheel and tire is flush with the fender if you put a ruler to both of them. Tires, 235/255/35 would work fine. Could also do (245 or 255)/275/35 for a bit meatier set up.

Ok great that makes sense to me, that's basically my goal to make the rim/wheel flush with the guard and NOT stick inside a bit like my stock 18s do.

What's the best brand of spacers to get, how are they to fit and what price am i looking at? I have no idea sorry for the stupid questions i'm sure you're shaking your head haha only had my Skyline a few months :/

I should also mention i have factory Brembo's.

Also with this fitment setup we've been discussing, am i going to notice a driveability difference in handling or anything of the sort? I have bad castor bar bushing wear and ball joint wear which i need fixing hopefully i can get that done before i get new rims

ichiba spacers are fine. I ran b2autodesign spacers with my volk gts set up, which I loved the design of - great spacer.

don't worry about brembos. they'll clear, and you'll have even more clearance with the spacers.

you won't notice any handling diff. some people say spacers affect it. LOL. it's all in their heads. there is a chance you'll feel slowering/heavier steering since the xxr 20" are fawking heavy, but nothing major.

Awesome! i will look into this once i've found the perfect rims, it's hard to find ones with the offset and width i want/need and a few businesses i've spoken to won't make them staggered i think the term is, so i need to do my homework.

Thanks a LOT for your help, might end up pming you pretty soon haha.
