Need Winter Rim/tires for 2006 G35 Coupe Sport Tuned Suspension
First post to this forum.
First time owner of a G35.
Just purchased a 2006 Sport Tuned Coupe...19 inch rims. My plan was to garage it but instead I need to find rims/tires for winter months. This is my reality.
I know similar questions have been asked but I want to make sure I have correct info.
I do understand the rim sizes are staggered so here are my questions:
If I find rims that are all the same size; is this okay? In other words, do I need to have different size rim front and and back for winter tires?
Whats the smallest size rim/tire profile combo that will allow me to maintain same rotation pattern as my stock tires on my 19inch rims.
Thanks in advance for any education you feel like providing.

You do not necessarily need staggered wheels and tires. I'm assuming for winter you want a fairly narrow tire over a wider one, so I would suggest looking at the sizes that are available for the tires you may be considering, and punch them into a tire size calculator.

The wheels don't have to be staggered, but the outside tire diameters need to be. A 17" package will fit fine and we have a good selection here Winter Tire And Wheel Packages. I ran 225/50 and 225/55-17 on my 2003 and it worked out great!
