Yes the overall tire diameter is larger. About 9.4mm or .4 inchs. After I wear these tires out I might run the 40's with a slight drop. But I like how it fills it in with the 45's. The pic I included of the closeup of the front wheel shows an angle that I like alot. The roundness of the front end with that tire size I think looks nice.

Quote: I would think painting the lower sill to body color would look better than lowering a sedan. That alone gives you a 2" visual drop without touching the suspension.

I agree. Replacing the black rubber makes a big difference on these cars. The sudans wheel well, especially the rear ones, seam a bit tricky. If you like to maintain an even distance between tire and fender it seems to help with the look.

Quote: 225 on a 8" wide rim? That's just aksing for curb rash.
How so? Is streching a tire on bad? Please explain

Geewiz....look into the Tein H-Tech for the sedan. Thats what I got on my sedan. Drops it 1.4" in front and about an 1" in the back. It would work perfect with your set-up. Also you dont have to worry about camber issues etc, with the H-Techs. Just a suggestion.

Thanks Boon. Thats actually what I'd like to do is a bit of a drop, but without the camber issues. I'd like to close the gap up a bit but still keep it as even as possible around the tire.

DO you have any picks of your set-up with the H-Techs and the 40 series tires that I think you have on there. Also, were you able to align your car properly.
