Question Suspension: Stock springs on front and Z H-techs in rear?

Looking for some advice. I have 20' after-market wheels and I'm happy with the front height but I think the rear is a little too high. I'm looking for about 1 inch drop in the rear so I'm considering Z H-tech springs for the rear. Would I be looking at suspension problems in to long-run if I run this setup? Any alignment problems perhaps?

Thanks,
eddie

Prob. not going to get a 1" rear drop from them.
Well...my Z Htechs have been on for a couple of months now.
I got just over 3/4" in the front and just over 1/2" drop in the rear.
Alignment was within specs.
You do have a coupe, right???

You have a coupe,......right?

You want the rear 1" lower, that can't be right. I recommend that you rethink the actual amount of rear lowering that would make you happy, 1" would look like the back is dragging IMO. On the flip side, you can do a simple mod to your rear upper spring seats and get a 3/4" rear drop for free. And even if 3/4" is too much all you do is install shims to raise it back up.

Yes, I have a coupe. I will try to get some pictures of the gap on the rear of my G. I belive I've seen pics of 1" drops on the forum and they don't look like they are dragging. Are you talking specifically with 20"?

Thanx

A 1" drop at all four courners is one thing. But adding 1" more drop to the rear is what your post is telling me you want to do, that would make the rear look like it's dragging.

Maybe I'm not being clear. I currently have a stock suspension and I've just added 20" wheels. I am happy with the front height as there is a pretty small gap. However, the rear has a large gap and I want to add springs to reduce it a bit. So, I'll have a stock front and after-market springs in the rear. Looking at a max of about a 1" drop in the back total. I tried to add pics but they were too large
