Where have all the 265/30r20s gone???

So its the 6-8 month mark where I need new rear tires again. Ive been rocking 265-30r20 General UHPs for quite some time now because theyre cheap and I burn through them quick. (I think we all do). Anyways, I usually get them from a local shop but theyre telling me that the company no longer makes them... I cant find that size, regardless of brand, on any web site for less that $380 EACH! I moved up to 275/30r20 and got them on today but Im rubbing. Didnt think it was too bad when I left the shop but it rained tonight and when I roll slow Im hearing a nice squeaking sound coming from the back tires... I WONDER WHAT THAT COULD BE...........

Why is no one making that size available? I cant go from paying $160 a tire to almost $400 each. Especially when I chew through them in 8 months.. Im running about -2* camber in the back already.

Whats everyones opinion on running more neg camber?

How much more space would I gain from another neg degree (-3*)

How much faster will another degree neg eat through the rubber..?

Super Frustrated Right Now.

how the hell are you going through tires in 8 months...when I run the 265/40 in the rear at near 3 degrees of camber @ 1500 miles per months..

It's possible if you bought quality tires you wouldn't go thru them as often! Remember, you get what you pay for! Have your rear wheel wells done and get your alignment checked before you eat thru this set....Gary

Are your fenders rolled/pulled.? If not I'd start there.. If they are, what are your specs. I by no means am a suspension guru but I definitely been thru my share of "dealing with fitment issues"...

I've lowered , raised, cambered, uncambered(not a real word but u know what I mean), rolled fenders, pulled fenders, rolled some more, pulled some more, cut tabs, replaced all upper and lower control arm bushings, compression rod bushings, aligned, realigned, corner balanced, and aligned again...

So ... Where are u at..?? Cuz if you really want it right.. It's gunna take time, money, some moar time and a lot moar money...

Needless to say my car is low, not slammed, but it doesn't rub at all.. I can go up most driveways, and hit any corner at any speed...

Happy modding...

^^^Believe me bro, I've dumped money into this thing lol

Rather than repost pics.. (265/30r20 pics): https://g35driver.com/forums/media-s...-wax-boom.html

But long story short ended up going back to the shop and got the one good 265/30r20 they had and put my old 265 back on temporarily. Found a guy on ebay selling matching ones at a good price. He has 6 of them. Im thinking about just buying them all and throwing them on the shelf for later lol
