Just making sure before I pull the trigger. Listing says they do but trust you guys more.

They will bolt up but OEM wheels use a different type of seat. They use a rounded acorn style seat where as most aftermarket have a straight 60 degree edge.

I use aftermarket lugs on my oem wheels but I also check them weekly. To play it safe, you should get OEM lugs. I'm not aware of any aftermarket ones that have the acorn style seat.

I have OEM 19" rays and they are not rounded
my dads Acura tl has rounded look way different than the g lugs

Acorn and ball seat lugs are different things. As are tuner style (which the OP is referring to)

The answer is (as Chris said) yes, you can run those lugs on your OEM wheels but keep a close eye on them to make sure they aren't going any where! Also, DO NOT tighten these with an impact gun or by guessing the torque specs. Use an accurate torque wrench.
