G37 aftermarket wheels on G35?

Hi all,

Apologies if this isnt the right forum for this, I've been searching but cant find a definitive answer. Can anyone think of a reason why after market 17" Sport Edition wheels that were on a 2011 G37x sedan wouldn’t fit on a base 2006 G35x sedan? I'm looking for a winter set up and found a set on craigslist but from my reading around, there was a lot of talk about needing to use spacers, which I don’t want to do. The Wheels are 17 x 7.5 inches, with the 5x114mm bolt pattern and 48mm offset.

Anyone? I usually work on my own cars but wheels I dont tend to change much..... Put differently, is the bolt pattern and an offset close to stock what I need to be looking at? I'm assuming that since they cleared the calipers on a G37x Sedan, that I should be ok.
