+40 / +35 on a G35

Im thinking about picking up a set of Avant Guard M550
The size is
19x8.5 +35 235/35-19
19x9.5 +40 265/30-19

I am getting a crazy good deal on them, so I would like to scoop them up.

Are they gonna fit fine, or are they gonna look retarded? What size of spacers should I run... Also I am going to be rolling with 600whp... can spacers handle that power?
Im slammed, and have fenders rolled

You would probably need 30mm front and 38mm rear to make them look decent. I wouldn't run spacers that big with 600whp...especially on the track.

those are sedan offsets, will not look bad on a 4dr, if you have a coupe however, not so good.
