Smile Some questions in my search for wheels...

I am getting some new wheels for my G35 coupe. It did not come with the stock 19" Rays, just some 17" rims with snow tires. Ideally, I would like to get 19x8.5" front and 19x9.5" rear with about +20 offset each, but I will take what I can get that is close. I am not lowered and, if I do in the future, it would be 1" or less. I do not want to rub and I do not want to roll my fenders.

Can anyone comment on the quality, durability, or reputation of Touren or Concept One wheels? I am looking at the following two options and any input is appreciated.

Touren TR5

Concept One Hyper Silver

I am curious about the ability of "deep dish" wheels to withstand damage from potholes. Are they more delicate or stronger? I tend to think that, with the support of the spokes in the center of the rim, the outer rim would have less support, but the inner rim would have more. It would then allow the designer to make the rim stronger overall (less overhang of the inner rim). I don't know.

what the wheels are made out of/how well they are made is going to make much more of a difference durability wise than a lip
