Circuit Sports Hub Centric Ring Issue

Just recently bought Circuit Sports 25mm and 30mm spacers with hub centric rings from a local shop and this is what I get.. They kept arguing with me so I took my parts and left. To me this just doesn't seem right. I tried researching but couldn't find any pictures or anything helpful. I figured someone on here could fill me in faster than I could get information directly from Circuit Sports.

In the pictures, the 25mm is on the left and 30mm on the right.
To me, 30mm ring should not have a smaller width dimension than the 25mm but got a 5'ish mm ring...
Also, you can see the 25mm ring fits flush with the backside of the spacer while the 30mm doesn't.

This may be the right part but I really don't think it is. I even called a different distributer about the issue and he told me the 25mm should be exactly like the back, just thicker.

So can anybody help me out?

Finally got in contact with a Circuit sports rep and he straightened everything out. That was the wrong part I was given and the correct one is being shipped now. Its a good thing I have enough common sense to recognize a wrong part when I see it.
