Question Lowering Springs Question

Sorry if this is a repost. Currently I'm contemplating whether or not to put lowering springs on my 2004.5 Coupe. The question I have though is whether or not toe and camber adjusters are immeadietly necessary in order to prevent wear or if they vehicle can run for a time w/o adjustment and not recieve anything significant. The reason I ask is simply because I don't have the money to put springs and adjusters all at once. Maybe I should just save up and wait. Also, about how much would it cost to have the srpings installed? Let me know!
