Photoshop 20s in black please!!!!

Ok, second time I have asked for photoshop assistance. Can someone please change the centers to black?

Do you mean everything in the center, including the spokes? Or just the center cap?

Thank you. I dont really like the look. I think I will brush the centers and keep the hoops polished.
