I would do either:
275/30 front 295/30 rear
OR
265/30 front 285/30 rear
That first one is meatier and will look good. You can do the second one if those sizes aren't offered or are too expensive.
Look at Hankook and bridgestone summer tires. On the cheaper side but still high quality IMO
