Tire fitment

Hey guys, 05 coupe, planning on getting varrstoren es1's.
18" 9.5/10.5 +12/+15
I already have coilovers going to drop soon after I buy some camber **** and few other things like spl bushings in the front, Going to roll fenders too so that's not a issue.
Just wondering if 235/40r18 front and 265/40r18 rear would be good for a slightly stretched or if that would be too much just wanting a SMALL bit of stretch for clearance. If it's a little much I'll def go with 245/275 I'd say?
Let me know what you guys think.

Especially with 18in, you'll be fine with 245/40 and 275/35

Agree, 245/275 combo quite popular route to go.
