1st Gen wheels on 2nd Gen for Winter

Good Morning, I have a question.

I did plenty of searching and couldn't find the answer to this. I'm looking for Winter rims and found a person selling a set of 5 1st Gen G35 Sedan rims (17x7 +45) rims. Being the same offset and only a 1/2 inch thinner than the 2nd Gens standard 17's, I don't forsee any issues, but has anyone run into a issue with these?

Mine is an 09' G37xS, so no BBK.
