Cool Wheel and tire size

Hey All. New here, Just bought a 07 G35 awd sedan. Looking to buy new wheels and tires for summer. original brake calipers, Thinking of 19" wheels with 245/40R19,19x8.5 PCD 5x114.3 (5x4.5) ET40, 6.3"BS
Question: Will these fit without any mods?? Was going to purchase online, not a huge car guy, Truck yes. plenty of clearances on trucks. hahaha. Any comments welcome

Et40 means +40 offset. They should fit fine they are not much different from Oem sizes.

I have ne idea what the numbers correspond too, like I said newbie here. ok so they will fit with any rubbing on the struts and fenders? what size wheel and wider tire would be the best ride and handling? Thanks guys I appreciate your responses.

You must be very careful with offsets especially with an AWD sedan, +40 offset might cause suspension issues/rubbing up front! And you don't want 10" wide wheels with a sedan either without /-0-\ which is stupid what are you thinking?
