Wheel wobble - Rear driver's side

So yesterday I noticed my rear driver's side tire looked like it was losing air but I thought nothing of it and continued driving. Then this morning it looked worse and surely it lost most if not all pressure. I filled it back up to 35psi and drove it around, but now there's a wobble that can be felt and seen(through the side mirror) at both low and high speeds...

There was no wobble yesterday when the tire was underinflated/losing air, so I have no idea why it is now acting the way it is.

What's the damage here? Could it even be suspension related?

Any issues with the wheel structurally that you might have missed? Like a crack perhaps?
