Tire Size?

My nephew want's to lower his 05 G35 Sedan with his stock 18" rims with sports suspension and I'm not sure what size of the tires to go with and it'll be lowered with teins coilovers so any help would be great.

Ak first of all please post new threads in the appropriate sub-forum. I've moved this one to the Wheels/Tires section.

I suggest you do a lot of reading there as this is a multi-faceted question that we would need a lot more information on your nephew's goals before making suggestions.

I'm sorry for posting in the wrong section. The tires he have on right now is 245-45-18 and it's pretty worn out and he want's to get new tires possibly Michelins and at the same time he want's to lower his car with Teins coil overs with camber kits that's all he wants and I told him to go with tire size 225-40-18 but I'm not sure if that will work and this is all I can tell you.

If it were me I'd just stick with the 245/45/18's. Depending on how low he wants to go he might need to roll his fenders F/R.
