I got htr z iii instead of ii
I got htr z iii instead of ii
So, when I bought my 2004 g35 6mt, it came with
(front) Nitto nt555 extreme zr 245/40zr18 93w, and
(rear) Sumitomo htr z ii 275/40zr18 99w.
When I replaced my lower control arms, I noticed that I needed new front tires since they have uneven wear due to negative camber. I wanted to match my front and backs, so I went to a tire place to get htr z ii.
They ordered them, I dropped my car of, since I had to go to work, and told them to just lock the car and leave the key in the trunk. I got my car, drove home, when I got home I wanted to check out my new tire, when I looked I learned that they installed htr z iii.
Sumitomo htr z iii 245/40zr18 97y
Should I be mad? or did their mistake benefit me?
Oh, and they said they can't align my car, until I buy adjustable upper control arms.
Which one should I buy?
Thank you!!!

Sumitomo High Technology Radial:
ii = 2nd generation
iii = 3rd generation
The 3rd gen are softer from what I heard and are grippier, definitely not as "visually appealing" as the 2nd gen though
