Question Tire Flat

So I recently brought my 2003 Sedan back to Florida from ATL, it was fine the whole way home. I headed out to Publix a little later and when I came back out to my car, the tire was flat. I filled it up with my air compressor and drove it home. It was a little bumpy in the corner in the tire but other than that it was fine at about 50+ MPH. When I got home I jacked it up and I couldn't find anything puncturing the tire. I decided to just leave it overnight to see if It'd deflate but when I got out there in the morning it hadn't lost any pressure. Any ideas on why it may have lost pressure?.. thanks
