20" tire question

i have a set of 20" lexani rims from my g37 the tires are 275/30/20 in back and 245/35/20 in front I noticed the g35 uses the same profile in the front and back however my car currently has 19" w 275/30/20 back and 245/40/19 front the front tires run the fender liner a tiny bit when making a big turn my question is are the 245/35/20 ok without running or do I have to get 245/30/20 for the front I have a chance to get a fantastic deal on Yokohama tires but they are 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 ??? Anyone know or run this set up

I just looked up the factory specs and they were 225/45/18 245/45/18 which means the 245/35/20 the sidewalk would be correct but I should be using the same 35/20 in the back is the width ok 245 and 275? My real question is does any run 245/35/20 front and 275/30/20 rear?

I currently have MMR GT1's w/spacers, 245/35/20 in the front, and 275/30/20 in the rear. Works just fine and looks great, kind of hard to see, it's a dark picture.

I run 245/35R20 F & 285/30R20 R on my coupe. If you have rubbing issues, it's most likely an issue with the wheel offset.
