What offset for max lip on sedan

I've tried searching and digging through the results, but haven't quite found what I am looking for. Please help before I lay down the cash for rims and rubber for my sedan.

I am currently looking at the following
Wheels RH J5 Pro, Tires Toyo T1S
Front: 19x8.5 with 245/40-19
Rear : 19x9.5 with 275/35-19
Based on the tire size calculator this gives almost same diameter front to rear (approx 0.5% difference) and only about 1 - 1.5% difference from the stock wheels.

I will also be lowering my car with Eibachs, already purchased not installed yet.

From digging through the posts, it seems like +38 Front and +45 rear should be safe? But I would like to know what type offsets for this setup would maximize lip size without any rubbing.

Thanks,
