quick answer, will these clear brembos?

Had my eye on this pic for a while, I just dont know what the rims are.

Edit: I now know what rims they are but on 350zonline.com says "*Note the rims will need a small spacer to fit Brembo track model brakes." Does this apply to the G35 brembos? Thanks for the info guys.

what finish is that on the rims? i'm contemplating between these rims and the dpe ro7 variants in black with a chrome lip.

the ones in the pic up top are in gunmetal. According to 350online.com "*Note the rims will need a small spacer to fit Brembo track model brakes. " But, the offsets are +25 front, and +30 rear, will that also need a spacer for brembos on the G?
