Wheel care? (volk)

I just got my volk SF Challenges. What should I use to keep that nice fat lip shiny? I thought about using regular wheel polish but then I remember hearing that they were clear coated. Has Mackin or Rays recomended anything?

Does anyone know if they are actually clear coated?

yes volk wheels are clearcoated, so don't use any of that metal/aluminum polish on them. best thing to do is use regular car wash soap and then apply a layer of wax afterward.

Good thing to know. While I am waiting on tires and these wheels are just sitting in my living room, I think I give them a couple of coats of wax.

I found that Mequiares works the best, I've had my SF's since I got the g and they are still holding up. Although when I went to get my oil changed, they used wheel acid ahhhh , but dont worry, they recoated them and polished them ASAP!
