Will these fit

GF has an 04 g35 base with 17 inch rims.

Will these tires and rims fit her car?

wheels are, ARE 19x8

tires are, TOYO 245/45/19 all the way around

5 lug coming off a Nissan.

this is for a coupe.

The wheels must be 5x114.3 for a G. From that list, looks like they will not fit. Also I don't believe any of those offsets are right for a coupe.

I agree. Hopefully, Infintz, you took more time than what I am assuming to research the rims purchase. It took me a good month to get all the info that I needed to purchase my rims with the correct specs.
