question about bolting center piece back on...

I have a set of 3-piece wheel that I had the center piece powder coated black, is there a certain way you have to bolt the bolts back on the center? Any suggestion will be appreciated thanks.

what kind of wheels do you have? Iforged? I would recommend calling the manufacturer of the wheels and ask them what torque specs they recommend for reassembling the wheel - definitely something you don't want to screw up...

The wheels I have are called KRANZE BORPHES made by WEDS I ordered them from importhookup.com, then decided to get the centers powder coated black. The manufacturer is in Japan and I don't have a clue how to contact them. I appreciate the response.
