Expect to pay $4500-$4800 for any Asanti rims with tires. I got mine for $4500 but that was only after I got a discount because of the problems I went through to get them. The first time I was sent the AF122's instead of 116's...the 2nd time they did not clear the brembo and then I finally got them the 3rd time they were ordered.......I waited 3.5 months. These are mine. Lip is like 4 inches.

Hey everyone,

After having my rims for 4 months I think I was sent the wrong ones. You are probably saying WTF. How does it take you a 4 months to noticed that you got the wrong rims? Well go to asantiwheels.com and you will see what I am talking about. When you get to the home page click on forged wheels then scroll down to af 116 and click on it. Once you click on the af 116 a large picture of the af 116 will pop up in the center and to the right you will see 5 smaller pics (chrome, black paint, truck chrome, truck black, and truck gunmetal). When I ordered my rims the dealer and I picked out the chrome, but I was sent the truck chrome. We were not on asanti's wheel when I picked out the chrome and they did not have the truck chrome listed so I did not know they were two kinds.

Anyway, when I first got the rims I questioned that they did not look the same as the picture and I was told that because of the offset they looked different but were the same rim. At that time I believed them. Well I recently was on the asanti website and noticed the two different rims. I then called asanti and at first they said yes they were two different rims. I then told them, "well then you sent me the wrong rims." Then they said that they are the right rims because of the offset and not to worry that I got a nice set of rims.

Am I getting my chain yanked here? I like my rims but the truck chrome and regular chrome have a totally different look. I prefer the regular chrome cause the spokes are skinner.

Does anyone here know if they are indeed two different wheels? And are the truck chrome for trucks or is that just a color? If this is the case then they made my wheels with the wrong face. What do I do?

Also, I would like to get the rims painted. What do you think would look better on a black g, black or gunmetal?
