How is the front wheel, wrt offset? is it ok, or just a bit too far in the fender?

hey guys do you think 18"s would give the same effect? I can get a set for dirt cheap from a friend who has them on an acura rsx and is selling them off the width is only 7.5 all around though is that too skinny?
