Question Project Mu Pads (brembo)

Hey guys, I have 16k miles on my car, and my brembo pads are pretty much gone. I am interested in getting project mu pads. I was wondering where you got yours / which ones? Also is there anything else I need to do when I change out the pads? Do I have to resurface my rotors? I haven’t developed much of a lip on them yet. Also, how do the pads perform? Thanks in advance!

Alan,

From what I have gathered on my350z.com, the project Mu's are also low dust and provide great stopping power. They are made by Rays (same ppl who make volks) and the main reason some people have chosen those pads over the Hawks, is because the hawks have been known to occassionally squeak for some people. However the people I have seen who have the Project Mu pads are one's who switched over from Hawks and also say stopping power is better with the project Mu's. Run a search on that forum for break pads and you'll see more than one post comparing the 2.
