I recently lowered my sedan on OEM Z springs with D-Specs
I have seen several references to trimming the front bump stop.
So I decided to have a look.
FWIW...
From what I found I'm not sure that this is advisable.
For one think there is a retaining ring that maintains the integrity of the stop when compressed.
If this was trimmed I don't think the stop would take much abuse.
Also the stop was fairly soft.. easy to compress to half its height.
If lowering is a problem with the stop,
JMHO, but I think it would be better to replace it with a shorter one.
I decided to leave mine & have had no problems.
Anyone else have any more experience????
