What's a reasonable install price for......

Tokico D-specs and 350 z springs.....Im in the DC metro area and so far I have only been able to find 1 place that does custom suspension installs....They said that without seeing the car that it could be up to $450 depending on how difficult the install will be....Im suppose to go in on Friday so they can take a look so I need to have some idea of what a far price is so I dont get shafted.... Thanks in advance......

Shouldn't be more than a 3 hour job with professionals and a lift. Took me 5 hours by myself, for the first time on a G, on jackstands, and going slowly to install my OEM 350Z suspension.

Yeah, they'll probably charge you for 2-3hrs of labor. Average shop rates are around $80-90/hr so expect to pay around $160-270 or so.

I agree with those above. It took me 3 hours to install a 350z suspension in my garage with a jack stand. I don't see why any shop should charge more than 2.5-3 hours.

There are crapload of tuning shops in DC metro area! I don't know of any cheap places, though... Just look in the phone book for tuning shops and call around. I bet you can find a good deal that way
