Problem! Big Problem!

Well ladies and gents, I've got a bit of a situation on my hands and I'm not too sure what to do about it. So, I figured I'd ask your help and see if you might be able to give me a little advice in this situation.

I was getting the wheels and tires on my 04 coupe rotated and balanced the other day when I ran into a problem. The key for my wheel locks had vanished into thin air! I've searched all over for this thing and haven't had any luck which now leaves me with option B: getting this off the hard way. I talked to the tech at my local dealer and he told me there was no way he could get it off. Its a Gorilla Wheel Lock installed by the dealer I purchased the G from. According to him, Gorilla Locks have a different design and cannot be taken off by hammering a socket over it and snapping it off. He said the only way to remove it is to use a kit that SnapOn tools happens to manufacture of which costs $180.

So what do you all think, am I up the creek without a paddle, errr, wheel key here? I find it incredibly hard to believe that Gorilla would only manufacture one single key and thats it. Do you think the dealer I purchased the car from (different town) would happen to have a matching wheel key, or maybe I could contact Gorilla and somehow find one? Thanks for your help!

Gorilla locks, if purchased retail, come with a little index card with a code on it -- you can mail it in to request a replacement key. Look to see if your dealer provided this, or if they have it on file...

Good luck!

And we have a winner! Removed one of the side plastic panels and found it slid up under there. Thanks Bashar. And Weeva, you're right, not rotated but balanced.
