OEM - Goodyear NCT 5

So my 05 6MT came with Goodyear NCT 5 (235/45/18) which are summer touring tires. Not gonna work to well in the midwest winters.

I was looking at the Dunlop M3 winter tires and they seem to be highly rated for dry/wet/snow. Anyone using those tires year round?

Would it be worthwhile to sell the OEMs?

Dunlop is a great winter tire according to many. Good mix of snow driveability while maintaining some performance ability. I'd get them with a set of cheap 17s. Probably won't get much for the 18s. Better to use them up and replace them with a better tire next time.
