ASA JH3 confusion/question

saw these rims on tirerack
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Displ...atin+Sil+Paint

I was told it has an offset of 35mm
then it should be flush with the fenders

but

from this thread

Hey that's my car!

I don't remember how the 35mm offset effected how flush they are with the fenders. I've got my Volks on now, so you'll have to wait until winter for me to put them back on.

I don't think they were tucked in much more than stock though.

I was worried that the 35mm offset would make them run into the calipers, but they worked fine.

do u know any wheel that looks like the stock 18s, with enough offset to be flush with the fender

I live in NY, nice VOLKS will just be stolen property

We can't help you unless you supply the right info. Do you have a coupe or sedan? How wide are the wheels? Details people, DETAILS!!!

I have the same wheels. The offset is actually 32mm. Comparing the 7.5" 32mm wheel with the oem front 8" 30mm wheel, the jh3 should tuck inside by 8mm. I'm not sure where you got the idea that it would be flush, as it's a smaller wheel.

No tracking

I like the look of the stock 18s, I would keep them, but I'm planning on getting ED side skirts, and it would look weird with the wheels tucked in. Thats the whatsup with the flush fender/offset thing

I was going to go with VOLKS or anything nice, but I live in NYC area, nice rims usually become stolen property. I dont wanna worry about car every time I park

the ASA JH3 are not flashy, good design, if they only had good offset
