Few Questions about lowering with 19"s
Few Questions about lowering with 19"s
Hey guys. I've been reading about suspension upgrades and lowering springs. I'm planning to get Volk sf challenges in 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 within a few weeks and I'm also thinking about lowering my car just a little bit. Since I want to lower for mostly comestics and I also want to maintain stock ride quality, I decided to do springs, and shocks instead of coilovers. I'm considering the tokico dspecs with H-techs (both for the G35). My question is, have any of you guys done this setup and if so, did you guys have any camber issues? Even if you didn't have this exact setup, did you have any camber issues? I really don't want to get the shocks and springs and then later find out that I also need a camber kit as well (expensive
). If I'm going to have alignment issues, I guess I'll pass on the drop. Thanks for any help guys.

i've got the Tein H-Techs on mine and i have a little camber in the back....front seems fine....i do have some rubbing issues but that is due more to the offset on the rear rims than anything....

Tein 350Z H-Techs W/Volk SF Challenges
Here's my G35C with no rubbibg issues. The drop was approx. 0.7" with no alignment problems. The tire wear is even. The ride is a little firmer than stock with much better control. I'm happy with the setup.
