Coupe Wheel/Tire config

Coupe Wheel/Tire config
Been talking to a local dealer and we've decided on this configuration.
(4) 19x8 Konig Verdict Opal Finish
(4) 245/40/19 Dunlop Sport 9000
I like the idea of rotating my tires, but does anyone forsee a problem with this config? Were his calculations wrong or anything like that? Is there a downsize to not having larger rear wheels etc?
Thanks
Ernie

Re: Coupe Wheel/Tire config
The downside is NOT not having larger rear wheels/tires. It is having larger(or rather wider) fronts. The car will behave and steer very different when you put wider fronts on it. It will be more twitchy. I personaly don't think it's worth it. The tire rotation is almost usless for this car and for the tires you are considering, they will most likely not last more then 15-20K anyway. And the wear should not be as uneven as FWD car.
Another note, in stock config, your front wheel/tire/diameter is a little smaller then the rear. in your new setup, you will have the same diameter(effectively raising the front by about 20 mm or 3/4 inch)
Stock Front D=659.7 mm
Stock Rear D= 677.7 mm
Modified:
Front D=678.6 mm
Rear D=678.6 mm
just my thoughts...
