Haha the second car with the R07S is my buddy's.

And did you change your mind about the GT7's, I see you have the R16's in your sig now.

Yes, I did switch back to the R16s because the GT7s won't come with rivets.

Here is my PERSONAL OPINION per my personal experience:

HRE:

Price: B (too expensive)
Deliver Time: B (avg. 6 weeks)
Quality: A (needless to say)

DPE:

Price: A (cheap)
Deliver Time: C (avg. 2 months)
Quality: B/C (of course HRE is better)

SO, WHY NOT TRY ASANTI?

Price: A/B (less expensive than HRE, under $4K for 20" Chrome)
Deliver Time: A/B (avg. 4 weeks - 4 weeks of course to us only, some dealer can take up to 2 or 3 months to get a set)
Quality: A (needless to say = HRE)

If budgetwise, for $3K, try DPE and wait; if for $4K or above, try HRE or Asanti. GOOD LUCK

personally i would more recommend JLine wheels or iFORGED
