Keep in mind I have stock coupe springs and 350evo sways:

With sways set at med/med, I have autocrossed with the front and rear at 4, but it felt like it pushed too much in transitions so I played with it at 4.5 in front and that seems to be a pretty good setting. My last two races have been at 4.5 f&r but, again this feels a bit too soft and not reactive enough so I'm definately going back to the 4.5 front and 4 rear setting. I'm still pretty new to autox but that seems to be a good combo for me...

I run 5.5 front and rear for normal street driving. Anything lower than 5 is just too stiff for me. The roads are super rough near where I work and it just beats you to death if you are lower than 5...

Ok, so the top nut on the shaft is tightened past the OEM spec and still the rattling/creaking noise. Would not cutting the front bumpstop cause this? It freakin rattles my gas pedal..BLAH!
