Question 19x8.5 front 19x10 rear fitment on sedan?

I seen some nice wheels with 19x8.5 front 19x10 rear? They are 35mm offset all around. Would I be rubbing with my car already being lowered? Would they be sticking out? Need a little help! Thanks!

For the sedan, the 19x8.5 should be +38 offset and the rear at 19x10, i would probably go +48 since most people with 9.5 have +45 offset w/o rubbing. I have 19x9.5 at +39 for the back and I needed to roll my fenders. With your +35 offset for all wheels, it would definitely be sticking out.

19x10 +35mm will NOT work. You would need a much bigger offset for 10" wheels.

Would guys recommend going 45+ offset for front and rear?

Why do you want the same offset front and back? If you want a staggered set-up you will need different offsets front/back.

8.5 front: +35, +38, +40, +42

10 rear: +55 I don't think +45 will work. There are not many sedans with 10" in the rear, but I have heard it can be done. 9.5/+45 is more common for the rear.
