Are 2005 Coupe 19" OEM tires directional?

I have a 2003 coupe on which the 18" OEM Michelin Pilot Sports are directional. Are the 2005 6MT coupe's 19" OEM Potenza tires directional too? I didn't see the arrow sign on the tires unlike the Michelins so was not sure. If they are not directional, can they be rotated side to side?

Also, what's the recommended air pressure for these 2005 19" OEM tires?
