Widest tire on EOM 19"?
What's the widest tires (front and rear) that can fit on the stock OEM 19" wheels for the 2005 G35 Coupe?

Stock tire size:
Front: 225/40YR19
Rear: 245/40YR19

245 (f) and 255 (r) would be my guess. I wouldn't run anything wider than that in the rear, it's only a 8.5" wide wheel.
