Are there any 16" rims that will fit a 2005 sedan? Light weight and half decent looking?

Can I ask why you're going down in size? I don't think 16s will look too good. Are you going to lower your car? You're wheel gap is going to be huge with 16s.

Ya I am already lowered. I have the stock 18's for winter. I have a nice set of 19's for crusing. I want the 16's for ripping around. 16's will definitely make our cars faster. Especially since the 16x7 ssr competitions are only 11lbs plus the reduced rotational mass.

The 16x7 are only 11lbs. Question is will they fit or will any 16" rim fit on a 2005 6spd? I understand that the G35x has smaller brakes so that wouldn't count.

Centerline makes a few rotary forged wheels that are very light. They go as low as 15" and they have the correct lug pattern and offset.

Wasn't there a 16" wheel on some of the 2003 sedans as an option? Probably not the lightest out there but might be had for cheap and decent quality.

You may want to try looking at Enkei wheels- they make a lot of light weight wheels, and have excellent quality.

Are you sure you can get a performance tire in the correct size for your 16" rims? The sidewall is going to be very tall and you probably cannot find a performance tire for it.

They definetly make great race tires for 16" wheels- had them on my Spoon wheels for my Integra.

I am looking for a 15 or 16" light weight rims that
will fit a 2005 G35 6spd Sedan. Please remember that
the brakes on a 6spd/rwd are larger than the X/awd.

Are the 2005 6spd brakes significantly larger than the 2003?

I think the woman you spoke with is for lack of a better term...an idiot.

They build custom wheels, and should have no problem creating custom offsets based on your generic 5x114.3 bolt pattern. If you look at their "sport compact car gallery" you will see many cars with wheels on them that share similar offsets and bolt patterns with at least your front wheels.

Call them, and find someone knowledgable to speak with...

I tried to build the wheels online using the 5x4.5" bolt circle (same as 5x114.3).
